How do I use the navigation
menubar at the top of the page?
The
row of buttons at the top of the page is referred to as the menubar. When
your cursor rolls over each button, it will hilight in a different colour,
and a text-prompt will appear as shown in the diagram below.
To jump to the
page the button represents, click on it with the left mouse button. You'll
notice that when you are on the main page of the topic, the button stays
hilighted, and it is no longer an active click area.

How do I use
the QuickSearch?
 The
QuickSearch is found in the right-hand navigation area just under the
menubar. QuickSearch may be
used to find items of interest within the CanmoreAlberta.com web site. To
search CanmoreAlberta.com, type in the item you are looking for in the text
entry field, then click on the "Find" button.
The search results list from
most relevant to least relevant. If there are no matches for the search
string you entered, the message will indicate so.

How do I use
the QuickLinks?
 QuickLinks
are links to some of the more popular areas of CanmoreAlberta.com. To access
a QuickLinks topic, simply click on the link.
Links normally appear in blue
underlined text, and items that have been previously viewed will show up in
purple. The colours may vary if you've changed the settings in your browser
preferences or options.
The "New" Icon
indicates recent additions to the QuickLinks.

How do I use
the QuickStop?
 The
QuickStop feature is another navigational aid for CanmoreAlberta.com, and
uses a drop-down menu. To reveal the menu, click on the black arrow button  .
The drop-down menu looks like this:
 To
jump to a topic in the drop-down QuickStop menu, highlight the item by
moving your cursor over it, then click on the desired item with your left
mouse button.

How
do I use the text-based navigation in the Directory pages?
The
text-based navigation under the menubar and at the top of each of the sub
pages within CanmoreAlberta.com shows the path back to the home page from
where you are. For example, the text-based navigation below indicates being
on the "Used Vehicles" page of the Can-Bow Motors members area:
You can click on
any of the underlined links to go back as many steps as you'd like, or to
return all the way to the home page.

How
do I return to the home page from other pages?
Returning to the home
page is done by clicking on the CanmoreAlberta.com logo at the top of each
page on the site. There is also a hypertext link to the home page at the
bottom of each page on the site.
