Spa Policies:

• Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment for packages. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment.
• Satori Day Spa accepts cash, Debit, Visa, MC, American Express and personal cheques. No out of town cheques accepted.
• Returned cheques will be subject to a $20. service charge.
• Gratuities are customary and left to the discretion of the client. Gift certificates do not include tips unless otherwise indicated.
• Cancellations are required to be at least two hours prior to appointment time. A message can be left after hours. 50% of the service price will be charged for no prior notice.
• Customized Gift Certificates are available. All gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable. Please contact us prior to the expiry date and we will be pleased to provide an extension if required.
