	Canmore Golf and Curling Club

	Way back in 1926, a few volunteers got together and turned a piece of heavily treed ground into the Canmore Golf Course. With a mix of challenging par 4's and 5's, scenic tee shots and well bunkered greens, this course is enjoyable for all handicap levels. There is a beautiful Clubhouse, full Pro Shop and driving range to round out the amenities. Bent grass greens, plush fairways and pristine air make the Canmore course a must play for all golfing enthusiasts. Being a semi-private club, tournament bookings are welcome. 	Stewart Creek Golf Club

	Located in Canmore, right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, is the Stewart Creek Golf Club. The magnificent 18 Hole, Par 72 Course opened in 2000 and is part of the 2300 acre Three Sisters development. Designed by architect Gary Browning, and featuring the location's natural rugged beauty, this mountain golf course welcomes both the novice or seasoned golfer. Crystal clear ponds and streams, layered fairways, 35 bunkers and the surrounding scenery contribute to a complete golf experience which will leave you wanting to play Stewart Creek Golf Course again and again. 	Banff Springs Hotel Golf Course

	World renowned, the Banff Springs Golf Course provides a true test for even the most skilled players. Towering Rocky Mountains behind the greens create optical illusions which make club selection an integral part of playing here. Designed by the late master Stanley Thompson, the Banff Springs golf course will captivate your imagination as you play amongst the local Elk population and dream of days gone by. 	Kananaskis Country - Mount Lorette

	Located 35 minutes south-east of Canmore, is the Kananaskis Golf Course. Featuring two world class 18 hole golf courses etched in a valley, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Canadian Rockies and bordered by the Kananaskis river, the trip to this course is worth the price of the green fees. Service and pampering are evident as soon as you arrive, with free valet parking and a friendly service staff who rival the best in the world. A Robert Trent Jones design, Mount Lorette golf course plays out towards Mount Kidd. The elevation (5500 ft), bunkers and water force the player to make shot decisions you would not normally encounter at public golf courses. 	Kananaskis Country - Mount Kidd

	The second course at Kananaskis, Mount Kidd is relatively flat with some rolling hills. Most of the greens are slightly elevated, and some of them are fairly large. One unusual feature is the double green that serves as the 18th for Mount Lorette and the 9th for Mount Kidd. Make sure you know which pin to go after in order to avoid a putt which may exceed 60 yards. When you're finished playing your round, a dining room and lounge located on the upper level of the main clubhouse, which offers outdoor terraces and spectacular Rocky Mountain views. 	Silvertip Golf Course

	Surrounded by the spectacular Rocky Mountains of Canmore Alberta, lies the SilverTip Golf Resort. The 7,200 yard, 18-hole championship course is complete with 600 feet of elevation changes resulting in challenging holes throughout. Veteran course architect, Les Furber, brought out the true character of this piece of golf paradise. His use of natural features and incredible views make playing this golf course for the first time an experience you find difficult to ever duplicate.
